The objective of this dissertation is to explain the impact of electric car in the business strategy of the fuel services companies. My teacher told me that there is a gap between my methodology and analysis because my methodoly is about change management and he does not see this in analysis. He told that I need to reorganize my ideas and with what I have in analysis re-write and explain as well the impact of electrification on the change management of fuel services companies.
